Access to and use of the Site is under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user or customer. You must be a natural person at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to act and enter into contracts in order to register or use this Service.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The relationship between you (the user) and the Service Provider shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable regulations. In the event of a dispute, the parties, waiving their own jurisdiction to the extent permitted by mandatory rules, submit to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties agree that the court shall nevertheless endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intent as reflected in such provision, and the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable and valid.
Prices and billing
Prices for our products and Services are expressed in Euro / US Dollar / Mexican Peso / Argentine Peso / Colombian Peso / Chilean Peso / Peruvian Sol, and payment will be processed in one of these currencies, as previously selected by you on www.hooponoponohou.com and/or related subdomains.
For subdomains corresponding to currencies other than Euro (for example: https://ar.hooponoponohou.com – currency ARS), the price is displayed in the currency indicated on the website and payment will be processed in that currency.
The price of each product or Service shall be the price stated on the Website at any given time, except in the case of an obvious error. Prices may be changed at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent confirmation. The Service Provider also reserves the right to cancel and/or modify discounts associated with training prices.
You expressly agree to receive proof of payment in electronic format at the email address provided during registration.
In some cases, users may have agreed to specific terms with their bank, and the bank may add fees or local taxes to the payment of the license price for access to the training and/or may convert the payment into another currency. This is entirely outside the control and responsibility of the service provider. If your bank applies additional charges, you may contact your bank or card issuer to clarify or negotiate the terms of your payment method. If your card issuer, bank and/or local authorities apply additional charges and/or convert the payment into another currency, the service provider (Neorejuvenai Global Limited) shall in no event be required to refund any amounts paid for access to the training. Therefore, by accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that the service provider will only charge your bank or card the amount published on this website in the currency you previously selected, and that it has no control over and is not responsible for any conditions, conversions and/or surcharges agreed with your bank or card issuer, or taxes that may be applied by the local authorities of your country or city.
Video chapters / content / support
The video chapters referenced on www.hooponoponohou.com and www.hophou.com may be delivered either live or on-demand (pre-recorded). The Service Provider is under no obligation to deliver a minimum number of live sessions.
In video tutorials, whether live or recorded, the real/physical image of the trainer may be shown, or an avatar / virtual representation (drawing or characterization), as well as diagrams, drawings, notes and/or text.
In video chapters, whether live or recorded, the real/physical image of the instructor may be shown, or an avatar / virtual representation (drawing or characterization), as well as diagrams, drawings, notes and/or text.
Each of the twenty-one (21) video chapters shall have a duration of more than fifteen (15) minutes, with the average duration in most cases being more than thirty (30) minutes.
Support for this training program will be provided via email.
Diplomas / certifications
The Service Provider may issue a digital certificate/diploma confirming that the Ho’oponopono Hou training has been successfully completed.
To obtain it, you must successfully complete a questionnaire/exam under the evaluation criteria determined by the Service Provider. Access to the evaluation test/exam prior to issuance of the certificate/diploma will cost 8 euros. This cost is in addition to the training price.
The Service Provider will offer a single annual session (once per year), on the date it deems most appropriate, for obtaining a digital certificate/diploma confirming successful completion of the Ho’oponopono Hou training.
The fee to access the evaluation test is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you do not meet the Service Provider’s evaluation criteria, no certificate or diploma may be issued. This will not give rise to any right to a refund.
If issued, the certification/diploma will be delivered electronically in PDF format, indicating the name you provide in your request to access the evaluation test/exam, and will include a unique, non-transferable serial number.
In no event does the certification/diploma constitute or grant any license authorizing the use, transformation and/or partial or total communication of the Ho’oponopono Hou training materials (book, video, audio, images, transcripts, distinctive signs and notes). Nor does it constitute authorization in any form to use the name and/or trademarks of Antonio Moll or Ho’oponopono Hou as a reference or representation for organizing trainings, talks, references, courses, events, or seminars—online/digital or in-person.
Industrial and intellectual property rights
All intellectual and industrial property rights forming part of the content you access as a result of the contracted Service(s), and included on www.hooponoponohou.com or www.hophou.com, are owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and are protected by applicable national and international legislation.
This includes, by way of example and without limitation, audiovisual works, recordings (audio-visual and audiovisual), texts (including written transcripts of videos or recordings), books, notes, images, trademarks, logos, distinctive signs, sounds and animations, and the databases integrated into and forming part of the Website.
Where you purchase a license, you are authorized to access and view the content for your exclusive personal use. This license is non-exclusive and limited to the duration of your contracted Service, solely in the manner in which viewing is made available and in the modalities strictly necessary for that purpose. This license is non-transferable.
Any other exploitation by you, including downloading and storing, transmission, public communication, distribution, reproduction, or transformation of the content, in whole or in part—whether for profit or not, directly or indirectly—is expressly prohibited unless you obtain the prior express written consent of the Service Provider.
Your rights
Once your enrollment/seat in the Ho’oponopono Hou Online Training has been finalized (by full payment), you are entitled to receive, on the dates established and announced on www.hooponoponohou.com, a license to access and view the Ho’oponopono Hou training materials for your personal and non-transferable use.
Your access/viewing license will be valid for a maximum of 4 (four) months from the date you made payment. After 4 (four) months, your access license will be revoked and cancelled.
Your obligations
You undertake: (a) to pay for the contracted Service(s) on time; (b) to comply with applicable laws—including, without limitation, intellectual and industrial property laws—and more broadly not to infringe third-party rights or engage in unlawful activity; and in particular (c) not to engage in any activity that hinders or interferes with the functioning of the Service, including the servers and networks connected to it; (d) not to use the content accessed through the Service for educational and/or training purposes for third parties—i.e., you may not train others using the Ho’oponopono Hou training materials.
Unless you have specific authorization under a separate written contract with the Service Provider, you also agree not to reproduce, duplicate, publicly communicate (by any means) to third parties, copy, sell, market, resell, distribute, transform, or modify the purchased content, any content you access, or the contracted Services.
You agree that you are solely responsible, and that the Service Provider shall have no liability to you or any third party, for any breach of your obligations under our legal texts and for the consequences of such breach, including any losses or damages the Service Provider may incur. You agree to indemnify the Service Provider accordingly.
You also represent that you have the necessary means and sufficient IT knowledge to access and manage the Services you contract (especially, but not limited to, online training services).
You agree to provide a valid, operational, and accessible email address at the time you pay for your enrollment. If you fail to provide a valid and accessible email address, we will not be able to communicate with you properly and you may not receive the information required to access the training platform. In such case, the Service Provider will have no obligation to refund the training price, as this is not a breach attributable to the Service Provider and the Service Provider has no way to know the valid email address associated with a given user. If you provided an incorrect email address, please send a correction request to: soporte@hooponoponohou.com.
The Service Provider reserves the right not to provide the Service and to terminate the contract if you breach the legal clauses, without this giving rise to any right to a refund of the amount paid to access the training/service.
Abusive behavior and license revocation/cancellation
To ensure the proper conduct of the training, it is essential to comply with basic rules of coexistence and respect in any forum/group/chat that may be enabled to share experiences, questions, or training materials. If you breach these rules, the Service Provider reserves the right to revoke/cancel your participation. These rules include, by way of example and without limitation:

Respect for the Ho’oponopono Hou team or forum/group/chat moderators, as well as other participants. Insults, derogatory remarks, obscene language, or defamatory statements will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

It is not permitted to share promotional or commercial material of any kind unrelated to Ho’oponopono Hou / the Service Provider (courses, conferences, services, websites, books, merchandising, products, etc.), whether for profit or not.
Blocking or cancellation of your user account due to breach of these rules does not entitle you to any refund or reimbursement of the training fee.
Refund policy – waiver of the right of withdrawal when purchasing an online course/training
Refunds
You understand and expressly acknowledge that the Ho’oponopono Hou training is 100% digital/online, and once payment has been made and a license granting access to the training has been issued, no refund will be granted.
About Ho’oponopono Hou
You expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read and are informed of the following statement:
Ho’oponopono Hou is not a therapy for curing any illness, physical condition, or mental/psychological disorder. Its Author / Service Provider, employees or collaborators do not suggest, in any way, abandoning or replacing medical/pharmacological/psychological/psychiatric treatment, therapy, or consultation under any circumstances.
The tools referenced in Ho’oponopono Hou only suggest the practice of active meditations and moderate intake of natural bottled mineral water for greater mental clarity and natural well-being.
The effectiveness of Ho’oponopono Hou depends on the beliefs and free will of each individual. Its Author / Service Provider, employees or collaborators provide no guarantee to anyone of specific outcomes or desired results at any time when applying the Ho’oponopono Hou process.
Force majeure
If the Service Provider is unable to provide the user with access to the license for use or viewing of the training/content due to force majeure or unforeseen events such as epidemics, pandemics, earthquakes, plagues, tsunamis, tornadoes, fires, bankruptcy, dissolution, death, disability, armed conflicts, riots, sedition, or any other uncontrollable or unforeseeable circumstance, this contract may be unilaterally terminated by the Service Provider without prior notice. Such termination shall not constitute grounds for, nor give rise to, any compensation or refund.
