Neorejuvenai Global Limited (THE PROVIDER) acts as the operational and technical service provider, being responsible, among other things, for sales and contracting, payment collection and billing management, server management, technical support, access to the training platform, and the direct relationship with the user.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is intended to provide information, access, and, where applicable, the marketing and distribution of training content, digital materials, educational programs, methodologies, audiovisual works, publications, and other content related to Ho’oponopono Hou® and the work of Antonio Moll.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to texts, written works, training materials, methodologies, videos, audio files, images, designs, photographs, logos, trademarks, trade names, distinctive signs, domain names, software, course structures, scripts, reels, promotional materials, and any other elements subject to protection, are the property of the Intellectual Property Owner or are used under proper authorization or license.

The Operator is granted a license to use and commercially exploit such rights for operational, marketing, distribution, and service provision purposes, without implying any transfer of ownership or title to the Intellectual Property.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, extraction, resale, exploitation, or use, in whole or in part, of the Website content is strictly prohibited without the prior express written authorization of the Intellectual Property Owner or, where applicable, the Operator within the scope of the applicable license.

4. Authorship

The original creator and author of the works, methodologies, and content associated with NeoRejuvenation is Antonio Moll.
The economic exploitation rights have been assigned to the Intellectual Property Owner, while any inalienable moral rights remain with the author in accordance with applicable law.

5. Terms of Use of the Website

Access to and use of the Website grants the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice, as well as any Terms of Use and, where applicable, Terms and Conditions of Sale published on the Website.

The user undertakes to use the Website lawfully, diligently, and in good faith, and to refrain from any use that may damage, disable, overload, or impair the Website, its systems, security, reputation, or the rights of the Intellectual Property Owner, the Operator, or third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The Operator adopts reasonable measures to maintain the availability and security of the Website but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, technical incidents, or errors, nor uninterrupted availability of the service.

Neither the Intellectual Property Owner nor the Operator shall be liable for the use made by users of the information or content on the Website for purposes other than those intended, nor for any damages resulting from improper, unlawful, or negligent use.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 Intellectual and Industrial Property

Any matters relating to the ownership, validity, protection, defense, and exploitation of intellectual and industrial property rights shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore.

7.2 Website Operation and Services

Any matters arising from access to and use of the Website, the contracting of services, the commercial relationship with the Operator, and any operational or service-related aspects shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong.

The foregoing is without prejudice to the application of any mandatory provisions that may be applicable under private international law.
